  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile home goods are not damaged during transit.

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
